1. GLOBGLO CODE AND LOGO

Globglo Search box (called here "Globglo Box) Code is the property of Globglo.com and is protected by copyright and other laws and international treaties. Globglo Box is licensed, not sold, to you. right to use it for one or more sites owned or controlled by you (called here "your site"). You can not request or require material benefits for the right to use the Globglo Box.

Globglo.com grants you the exclusive right to place a copy of Globglo Box Code on your site, without changes (with one exception noted below) in order to run queries manually entered by the individual end-user site your to search the web using Globglo Search Engine.

You can not change the Globglo Box code in any way or in the sense of eliminating Globglo logo, logo associated with both the short version of the search box and long version of it.

The only exception to this requirement that Globglo accept is that you are entitled to customized Globglo Box so that it can contain a word, term, phrase, or query, the default inserted by you.

For this you need to change the following line of code by adding new code:

Where marked in red is the code added, and with green the default terms, keyword, expresion or query, chosen by you.

In the example below, which is shown including code, changes made result in so that when a user clicks in a search text field, the default entry (in this case "Search terms") is removed automatically, they are then faced with a blank search box and can type straight away what they want.















You may use such query: link:www.your_domain_name (where your_domain_name is the name of your site). In this example, are found all pages with a link to your web site. So show your site visitors which pages from your site can be found on Globglo.

To the extent that any graphics Globglo mark ( "logo") is displayed along with search box or search box code when executed, your use of the logo is subject to guidelines Globglo logo in the document. You may not use, reproduce or distribute this logo in any other manner or for any other purpose than the one shown above.

2. RESTRICTION ON USAGE

You will not use the Globglo Box Code in connection with any website that disparages Globglo or its services; infringes any Globglo intellectual property or other rights; violates any state, federal or international law; or contains or links to defamatory, infringing, adult, violent, or hate-based content or otherwise unlawful material or information.

You can not change the code than in the manner expressly stated in section 1.

You will not:

(a) display the Globglo Box Code in pop-up, pop-under, exit windows, expanding buttons, or animation;
(b) display the Globglo Box Code to anyone other than an End User; 
(c) enter into any arrangement or agreement under which any third party pays You fees, You pay any Third Party fees, or either shares in any revenue payments and/or royalties for any Results;
(d) directly or indirectly generate queries, or impressions of or clicks on Results Pages, through any automated, deceptive, fraudulent or other invalid means (including, but not limited to, click spam, robots, macro programs, and Internet agents); or
(e) remove, deface, obscure, or alter Globglo Logo, trademarks or other proprietary rights notices affixed to or provided as a part of  Globglo Box.

3. SEARCH ENGINE GLOBGLO

The Globglo Box Code is designed to be used with Globglo online search. As a result, your use of the Globglo Box Code is also governed by Globglo Terms Of Services and Privacy Policy.

4. GLOBGLO BOX IS PROVIDED WHITHOUT WARRANTIES AND GLOBGLO.COM MAKES NO WARRANTIES

1. Search Services as well Globglo Search Box is provided "AS IS", "WHITH ALL FAULTS" and "AS AVAILABLE". The entire risk of satisfactory quality, performance and accuracy fall into your care.

2. No guarantees are given that when a user makes a search using Globglo Box, will be canceled due to errors or search service is not available at that time or temporary obsolete.

5. LIABILITY LIMITATION

Globglo not be liable in any circumstances for any damages, including without limitation any indirect, derived, special, incidental or punitive damages arising from, based on or arising from this agreement or use the search service or the search box even if one party has been warned of the possibility of their occurrence.

The search services  are provided without charges and the parties agree that the foregoing limitations represent a reasonable allocation of risk under the terms of use.

6. TERM AND TERMINATION

6.1 Term. The term of the Terms of Use (the "Term") shall commence on the date upon which You add Globglo Box Code to Your Site and shall continue in force thereafter, unless terminated as provided herein.

6.2 Termination. Globglo may change, suspend or discontinue all or any aspect of the Search Service, including their availability, at any time, and may terminate Your use of the Search Service at any time. In addition, either party may terminate the Terms of Use at any time, for any reason, or for no reason including, but not limited to, if You engage in any action that reflects poorly on Globglo or otherwise disparages or devalues the Globglo Brand Features or Globglo`s reputation or goodwill. If You desire to terminate the Terms of Use, You must immediately stop your use of the Search Service without any prior notice.
